This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for purchases made through our website or other official channels.
Important Note: This policy applies to digital products, software, subscriptions, and consultation services offered by ProDeskTools. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products and Software
1.1 Software Licenses
For one-time software license purchases:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for the return, such as software incompatibility with your system or the software not functioning as described.
- Technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe may also qualify for a refund.
- Upon refund approval, you must uninstall the software from all devices and cease using it.
1.2 Digital Downloads
For digital downloads (e-books, templates, resources):
- Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
- However, if the downloaded product is corrupted or significantly different from the description, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Screenshots or other evidence of the issue must be provided with your refund request.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- For annual subscription plans, you may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of your subscription.
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current term but can be cancelled to prevent automatic renewal.
- If you cancel before the end of your subscription period, you will maintain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
2.3 Free Trial Conversions
- If your subscription began with a free trial, you will not be eligible for a refund for the first billing period after the trial ends.
- You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged.
3. Consultation and Service Packages
3.1 Pre-scheduled Consultations
- For pre-scheduled consultation services, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time are not eligible for refunds.
3.2 Custom Development or Implementation Services
- For custom development or implementation services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.
- Cancellations before work begins are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Once work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 15% administrative fee.
- After project completion and delivery, no refunds will be provided.
4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
4.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with our products that prevent normal use:
- You must first contact our technical support team and allow reasonable time for troubleshooting.
- If our team determines that the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Documentation of the issue and troubleshooting attempts may be required.
4.2 Product Updates and Changes
If significant changes to the product or service occur after your purchase:
- In cases where major features are removed or significantly altered after purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of such changes.
- Regular updates, improvements, and minor changes to products do not qualify for refunds.
4.3 Accidental Purchases
- If you accidentally purchase the same product twice or select the wrong product, contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
- Proof of the duplicate or erroneous purchase will be required.

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Products or services that have been fully delivered and consumed
- Custom-developed solutions specifically created for your needs
- Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third-party vendors
- Products where the license key or download link has been shared with others
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago (except where otherwise specified)
